Water, sewer and garbage disposal services provided by the city to its customers are billed as follows, which billing schedule may be modified at any time by resolution of the city council:
A. Commercial Accounts: Commercial accounts are billed monthly on the last working day of each month.
B. Residential Accounts: Residential accounts are billed monthly on the last working day of each month.
C. Delinquency: Any water, sewer, and garbage bill not paid by the fifteenth day of the month will be considered delinquent. Customers with delinquent accounts as defined herein will be notified in writing of such delinquency. If the delinquent account is not paid within fifteen (15) days following service of the delinquency notice on the customer, water service will be terminated.
D. Late Fee: A late fee will be assessed on all customer accounts which are in arrears on the last working day of each month.
