For the purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings:
BILLING: The city provides a single composite billing to its customers for water, sewage and garbage pick up services. Any payment for less than the full amount of the billing will be considered to be only a partial or prorated payment for water services within the intent and meaning of this chapter.
CUSTOMER: Any person, firm, partnership, association, company or organization of any kind who is the legal owner of record of real property and who is purchasing and receiving water through the city distribution system, whether within or without the city limits.
DELINQUENCY: Any water, sewer and garbage bill not paid by the fifteenth day of the month. (Ord. 630, 9-24-2001; amd. Ord. 2008-662, 9-8-2008, eff. 10-1-2008)
