8-2-6: PERIODIC REVIEW:
The city shall conduct a periodic review of the rate basis for establishing sewer user charges and the rate schedules as provided herein and as per adopted user charge system shall be revised from time to time as may be indicated by each periodic review. Periodic reviews shall be conducted no less frequently then biannually. (1977 Code § 13.06.070)
