8-1-5: SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY:
The City from time to time may agree to allow access to the City sewer by users from outside the City. By connecting on to the City sewer system, users, whether residing within or outside the City limits, shall be deemed to have given consent to be bound and governed by the provisions of this chapter. (1977 Code § 13.02.050)
