7-1-5: OVERHANGING TREES AND SHRUBBERY:
All shade trees, including fruit bearing trees, located within the boundaries of a dedicated street or alley shall have all foliage, including leaves and branches, trimmed up to a point eight feet (8') above the level of the sidewalk under or near said trees, and if there is no sidewalk, to a point eight and one-half feet (8.5') above the average level of the traveled roadway opposite said trees.
