(B) Permit required. A water connection permit shall be required for the connection of any premises to a water main. The permit shall be issued by the Superintendent of Public Works upon compliance of the applicant with the provisions of this chapter.
(C) Connection fee. There shall be two categories of fees assessed for each connection to the village water main. Adjustments to these fees shall be made from time to time by the President and Board of Trustees when, in their judgment, such adjustments are necessary.
(1) Category I. The village shall charge and receive from the applicant the sum of an amount as set forth in § 35.02 for any connection to a preexisting water service.
(2) Category II. The village shall charge and receive from the applicant the sum of an amount as set forth in § 35.02 for any new connection to the water main.
