§ 51.03 PIPE SPECIFICATIONS.
   All water service pipes from the main to the meter shall be not less than three-fourths of an inch in size. Only extra strong heavy copper plastic pipe, type K, shall be used to connect the meter with the mains. All such service of installation shall be at the cost of the owner of the property to be served, or by the applicant for the service.
