§ 33.01 DEPOSITORIES DESIGNATED.
   (A)   The National Bank of St. Anne, Illinois and the City National Bank of Kankakee, Illinois are hereby selected by the Village Board as the depositories of all the funds of the village.
   (B)   The Treasurer of the village is hereby authorized and directed to deposit all funds collected by him or her as Treasurer in one of the said depositories for such funds as established by this section.
