§ 31.22 FAILURE TO PERFORM DUTIES.
   The Director of Public Works shall be subject to removal by the President of the Board of Trustees for failure to comply with any of the rules, regulations, and orders of the Board of Trustees, or for failure to properly execute the duties of said office.
