§ 31.59 RECORDS.

   The Village Police Chief shall cause the following books of record to be kept:

   (A)   Persons arrested;

   (B)   Accounts of monies received and expended, and the purposes thereof;

   (C)   All properties placed in his or her charge; and

   (D)   Such other books and records as shall be required by the business of his or her office.
