§ 31.18 SUBMIT REPORT.
   It shall be the duty of the Director of Public Works on the second Monday of every month, and more often if required by the Board of Trustees, to give a written statement of his or her transactions during the term stating the amount and the kind of work which has been performed, the quality and price of all materials furnished, the names of the streets or avenues on which the work has been performed, the names of all persons who have performed labor, and the number of days each has worked.
