§ 152.143 MOBILE HOMES, TRAILERS, AND MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (A)   No mobile homes, trailers, or motor vehicles shall be located in the village as a permanent residence. A bona fide guest of a household may park a mobile home, trailer, or motor vehicle in the rear yard of a dwelling or house for a period of time not to exceed 15 days if such mobile home is used only for sleeping purposes for said 15-day period.
   (B)   Removal of the wheels or other transporting devices shall not be construed as converting said mobile home, trailer, or motor vehicle into a permanent structure.
   (C)   A mobile home, trailer, or motor vehicle may be parked or stored within the village regardless of the other provisions of this chapter if it is not used for living or sleeping purposes during such time it is so stored or parked and provided that it is not a nuisance and does not constitute a fire hazard.
   (D)   No mobile home, trailer, or motor vehicle shall be maintained in the village as a permanent office.
