In all districts there shall be provided at the time any building or structure is erected or structurally altered, except as hereinafter provided, off-street parking spaces in accordance with the following requirements:

Dance hall, assembly, or exhibition hall without fixed seats | 1 parking space for each 100 square feet of floor area used therefor |
Dwellings, including single- and two-family | 1 parking space per family for each dwelling unit |
Furniture or appliance store, hardware store, wholesale establishments, machinery or equipment sales and service, clothing or shoe repair, or service shops | 2 parking spaces plus 1 additional parking space for each 400 square feet of floor area over 1,000 |
Grade school | 1 parking space for each 10 seats in the auditorium or main assembly room, or 1 space for each classroom, whichever is greater |
High school | 1 parking space for each 8 seats in the main auditorium or 3 spaces for each classroom, whichever is greater |
Hospitals | 1 parking space for every 2 beds |
Manufacturing or industrial establishment research of testing laboratory, creamery, bottling plant, warehouse, or similar establishment | 1 parking space for each 2 employees on the maximum working shift plus space to accommodate all trucks and other vehicles used in connection therewith |
Mortuary or funeral home | 1 parking space for each 50 square feet of floor space in slumber rooms, parlors, or individual funeral service rooms |
Motor court, motel, or tourist court | 1 parking space for each sleeping room or suite |
Printing or plumbing shop or similar service establishment | 1 parking space for each 3 persons employed therein |
Private club or lodge | 1 parking space for every 10 members |
Restaurant, night club, café, or similar recreation or amusement establishment | 1 parking space for each 100 square feet of floor area |
Retail store or personal service establishment except as otherwise specified herein | 1 parking space for each 200 square feet of floor area |
Rooming or boarding house | 1 parking space for each 2 sleeping rooms |
Theater or auditorium (except school) | 1 parking space for each 5 seats or bench seating space |
