A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Any use permitted in the C Commercial District;
(B) Bottling works;
(C) Carting, express, hauling, or storage yard;
(D) Contractor’s yard;
(E) Coal, coke, or wood yard;
(F) Assembly and manufacture from prefabricated parts of household appliances, electronic products, and similar products or the processing or assembling of parts for production of finished equipment;
(G) Lumber yards and millwork plants;
(H) Fruit and food processing and storage;
(I) Utilities; and
(J) Industrial manufacturing plants where the process of manufacturing or the treatment of materials is such that only a nominal amount of dust, odor, gas, smoke, or noise is emitted.
