A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Business, charitable, finance, professional, and consulting offices or office building.
(B) Medical or dental clinic;
(C) Motor court, motel, tourist court, or tourist home;
(D) Accessory building or use customarily incidental to any of the above uses, including a bulletin board or sign relating only to services, articles, and products offered within the building to which the sign is attached, which sign shall not project for a distance of more than two feet beyond the building nor shall it exceed 30 square feet in area;
(E) Automobile parking lot;
(F) Bakery, whose products are sold at retail on the premises;
(G) Bank;
(H) Barber shop or beauty shop;
(I) Dancing or music studio;
(J) Catering establishment;
(K) Display room for merchandise to be sold at wholesale where merchandise sold is stored elsewhere;
(L) Dressmaking or tailor shop;
(M) Filling station;
(N) Laundromat;
(O) Media;
(P) Painting and decorating shop;
(Q) Private school;
(R) Recreation building or structure;
(S) Repair shops for household appliances, bicycles, and shoe repair;
(T) Restaurant;
(U) Carpenter shop;
(V) Store or shop for the conduct of a retail business; provided, that there shall be no slaughtering of animals or poultry on the premises;
(W) Store for the collection and distribution of laundry and dry cleaning articles, but not for the treatment, cleaning, or processing of such articles;
(X) Business or commercial school;
(Y) Farm implement display and sales room;
(Z) Frozen food locker;
(AA) Milk distributing station;
(BB) Public garage and automobile sales room;
(CC) Theater;
(DD) Undertaking business or establishment;
(EE) Used car sales or storage lot, when located at least 50 feet from any R District; and
(FF) When located not less than 100 feet from any R District:
(1) Bowling alley;
(2) Drive-in restaurant;
(3) Printing, publishing, or engraving; and
(4) Other personal service uses of a similar character to those specifically listed in this section.
