A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
(A) Any use permitted in R-1 Single-Family Dwelling District;
(B) Two-family dwellings; and
(C) Accessory building or use customarily incidental to any of the above uses when located on the same lot and not involving the conduct of a business, including a private garage when located not less than 60 feet from the front line of a private garage constructed as a part of the main building.
