§ 152.027 BUILDABLE LOTS.
   (A)   Minimum square footage. All lots must meet the minimum square footage as set forth in the table found in § 152.105. (R-1 District is 5,000 square feet; all others are 2,500 square feet.)
   (B)   Recorded. Said lots must be lots which are recorded in the manner set forth in § 152.002 (a lot which is part of a subdivision whose map has been recorded or in the alternative a parcel of land whose deed has been recorded with the appropriate legal description).
   (C)   Water or sewer services. The availability of water or sewer services by the village shall not be a bar to defining a lot as a buildable lot. Sections § 50.09 and 51.08 shall apply to the use of sewer or water systems separate from the village sewer and/or water system and anyone wishing to build a home on a lot for which such public sewer or water is not available shall be directed to these sections prior to the issuance of a building permit.
