§ 30.06 SIGNATURE; LICENSES, PERMITS, AND WARRANTS.
   The President shall sign all commissions, licenses, permits, and warrants granted, issued, or ordered by the Board of Trustees or authorized by the ordinances of the village, and may revoke any of such licenses for the causes hereinafter provided. The President shall also sign, and he or she is hereby empowered, to sign on behalf of the village, all instruments necessary to promptly prosecute or defend any or all acts brought by or against the village, all instruments necessary to promptly prosecute or defend any or all acts brought by or against the village. In addition thereto, the President shall perform all such other duties and have all additional powers that are or may be prescribed by the laws of the state, or the provisions of this code.
