(A) The following codes are hereby adopted by reference.
(1) The 2000 International Building Code, and such updates and amendments as occur on an annual basis;
(2) The 2000 International One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code and such updates and amendments as occur on an annual basis;
(3) The 2000 International Mechanical Code, and such updates and amendments as occur on an annual basis;
(4) The 2000 ICC Electrical Code, and such updates and amendments as occur on an annual basis;
(5) The current publication of the State Plumbing Code, and such updates and amendments as occur on an annual basis;
(6) The 2000 International Property Maintenance Code, and such updates and amendments as occur on an annual basis; and
(7) The 2000 International Fire Code, and such updates and amendments as occur on an annual basis.
(B) Three copies of the 2000 International Building Code, the 2000 International One- and Two-Family Dwelling Code, the 2000 International Mechanical Code, the 2000 ICC Electrical Code, the current publication of the State Plumbing Code, the 2000 International Property Maintenance Code, and the 2000 International Fire Code shall be kept on file in the office of the Village Clerk for public use, inspection, and examination.
