Every person so licensed shall at the time of receiving such license, enter with sufficient surety into a joint and several bond to the village in the penal sum of an amount as set forth in § 35.02, conditioned for the due observance of this subchapter or any other provisions of this village code respecting the keeping of junk shops at any time during the continuance of such license.
