No person shall use, exercise, or carry on the business of a keeper of a junkyard or what is commonly called a junk shop for the purchase, sale, and storage of junk, rags, empty bottles, old rope, paper, or bagging, old iron, brass, copper, tin, or other metals without being specially licensed for such purpose; nor shall any person carry on such business at any other location than the one designated in such license; nor shall any person continue to carry on such business if such license may have been revoked.
