§ 114.16 SELLING OF FACILITIES.
   If at any time in the future the company decides to sell its facilities, the same shall be offered to the village for purchase and the village shall have a first refusal. Acceptance or rejection by the village shall be made in writing not later than 30 days after receipt in writing from the company of such offer.
