§ 114.14 EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENTS.
   As a public service the entire cable system will be available to responsible officials to make civil defense or other emergency announcements. All channels may be simultaneously switched, at the control center, to “local pick up” with all TV receivers connected to the TV Cable System receiving the announcement.
