§ 114.08 INSTALLATION IN SCHOOLS.
   The company agrees to install cable lines to all schools within the village, and shall make the signals that are then available free of charge (excluding Pay TV signals) to all schools within the village, provided the school or schools is/are situated in an area where cable facilities are available. The company shall furthermore provide at least one educational TV signal.
