§ 114.01 LOCATION OF POLES OR TOWERS.
   Poles or towers shall be so erected as not to interfere with the traffic over the streets and alleys, and the locations of the poles, towers, or the obstructions shall be by prior approval of the village, as to such location giving consideration to the reasonable operation of the same.
