§ 112.23 SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF MACHINE OR DEVICE.
   If the Chief of Police shall have reason to believe any mechanical or electronic amusement machine or device is used as a gambling device, such machine or device may be seized by the police and impounded. If a finding of guilt regarding the belief is returned, such machine or device shall be destroyed by the police.
