Every license issued under this subchapter is subject to the right, which is hereby expressly reserved, to revoke the same should the licenses directly or indirectly permit the operation, of a coin operated amusement device contrary to the provisions of this subchapter, and the ordinances or the village, or the laws or the state. Such license may be revoked by the Board of Trustees after written notice to the licensee, which notice shall specify the ordinances or law violations with which the licensee is charged, the date on which a hearing regarding the alleged violation will be held, and the consequences which will follow if, after a hearing, the licensee is found to be guilty or such violations. Ten days’ notice of the hearing shall be given the licensee. At such hearing, the licensee and his or her attorney may present and submit evidence and witnesses in his or her defense.
