At all times between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day, there shall be kept burning within the premises where the sale of alcoholic liquor is licensed, an electric white light of not less than 25 watts, and so placed that a clear view shall be had of the entire interior of such premises from the street or sidewalk.
