§ 111.44 CLOSING HOURS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor in the village between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day except Saturday and Sunday; and every Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Saturday and between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sunday.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or to admit to the public to any premises in or on which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail holding a Class A license during the hours within which the sale of such liquor is prohibited and no alcoholic liquor may be sold to or consumed by the public during such hours.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any business holding at Class B license, from selling, providing, giving, charging, or otherwise transferring alcoholic liquor during the hours within which the sale of liquor is prohibited pursuant to this section, and no alcoholic liquor may be consumed by the public during such hours.
