§ 111.42 RESTRICTED AREAS.
   (A)   It is hereby determined that the following described portions of the village are predominantly residential in character: all the village excepting those lots or plots of around abutting on Dixie Highway between Station and Grant Streets, Station Street between Chicago Avenue and First Avenue, and Chicago Avenue between Grant Street and Station Street.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor within such portion of the village unless the owner or owners of at least two-thirds of the frontage feet along the street and streets adjacent to such place of business for which a license is sought, for a distance of 200 feet in each direction from such proposed place of business, shall file with the Liquor Commissioner, or licensing officer, his, her, or their written consent to the use of such place for the sale of alcoholic liquors.
