§ 111.24 TEMPORARY PERMIT; CLUB LICENSE.
   (A)   The President of the Board and the Board of Trustees shall have the power to issue a temporary permit for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises at a banquet, picnic, bazaar, fair, or similar private or public assembly where food or drink is sold, served, or dispensed. The temporary permit shall be issued only to a club, society, fraternity, or benevolent organization established as a nonprofit organization and said permit shall be for a period not to exceed three consecutive days. There shall be no licensing fee for the issuance of this permit. If the permit is requested for an event which is scheduled to take place in the village park, such a permit shall not be issued unless the sale and consumption of alcohol is confined to an enclosed area within the park. The determination of such area shall be made upon the granting of each permit. There also may be issued up to three club licenses for social, benevolent, or religious organizations on an annual basis to sell alcoholic beverages for up to 12 times per year, not more than two consecutive days at a time. The fee for a club license shall be in an amount as set forth in § 35.02 per year. Said permit shall not in any way waive any of the requirements for obtaining liquor licenses from the state.
   (B)   The temporary permit or club license shall not be issued and/or may be immediately revoked upon failure of the holder to provide adequate security to ensure sale or distribution of alcohol is limited to those of legal age.
