§ 111.23 TERM, FEES.
   (A)   Class A licenses shall authorize the retail sale on the premises specified of alcoholic liquor for consumption on the premises as well as other retail sales of such liquor. The annual fee for such license shall be in an amount as set forth in § 35.02.
   (B)   Class B licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic wine and beer only, but not for consumption on the premises where sold. The annual fee for such licenses shall be in an amount as set forth in § 35.02.
   (C)    Class C licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquor, but not for consumption on the premises where sold, and all spirits other than beer or wine, must be kept in a locked case or behind a counter where they cannot be accessed by customers without the assistance of a sales clerk. The annual fee for such license shall be in an amount as set forth in § 35.02.
