It shall be unlawful for any licensee or his or her employees to sell any alcoholic liquor to persons under the legal age required for the purchase of such beverages under the laws of the state. Violation of this provision shall be, at the discretion of the President of the Board, grounds for immediate revocation of retail liquor licenses for the establishment.
