§ 93.21 AUTHORITY TO REMOVE OBSTRUCTIONS.
   The President, Director of Public Works, or any member of the Village Board is hereby authorized to cause any obstruction erected, placed, or continued on any sidewalks contrary to the provisions hereof to be removed after due notice has been given to remove the same, and a neglect to comply with said notice.
