§ 52.03 CONTAINERS PROVIDED.
   The owner, occupant, or lessee of any premises in the village, upon which shall accumulate any garbage, ashes, or household rubbish, shall provide or cause to be provided, and shall maintain clean and in good repair, adequate separate receptacles of the following material, construction, and capacity.
   (A)   Receptacles for garbage shall be in a suitable container with a close fitting cover, shall be watertight, and shall have a capacity of not less than six and not more than 15 gallons.
   (B)   Receptacles for ashes shall be metal, shall have a capacity of not less than 20 and not more than 40 gallons, and shall be provided with suitable handles for carrying.
   (C)   Receptacles for household rubbish shall be of metal, wood, or plastic of adequate strength, shall have a capacity of not less than six and not more than 40 gallons, and shall be provided with suitable handles for carrying.
