§ 52.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GARBAGE. All organic household kitchen wastes, such as rejected or unused food and food residues and paper necessary for wrapping.
    REFUSE, BURNABLE. Combustible rubbish such as papers, boxes, brush, and leaves and any other rubbish or waste resulting from the operation of a domestic or business establishment such as tree trimmings, debris from building construction, repair or remodeling, discarded equipment, and similar waste.
   REFUSE, NONBURNABLE. Inorganic incombustible household waste, such as tin cans, ashes, metalware, bottles, broken glass, crockery, stoneware, and similar refuse resulting from the regular operation of a household, not classified as garbage.
