A. Numbers of members. The commission has 11 members.
1. Each councilmember shall recommend one member for appointment (eight members total);
2. The mayor shall recommend two members for appointment by the mayor; and
3. The City Manager, or the City Manager's designee, shall be an ex officio member with voting rights.
B. Qualifications. In addition to the requirements and restrictions in chapter 2.40:
1. Members must have demonstrated interest in or professional experience in grants or other charitable distributions and the improvement of the lives of destitute people. (Ord. 2024-0034 § 1)
