§ 92.04 NOTIFICATION OF PROPERTY OWNER.
   When any public nuisance is found to exist on any property within the town, the enforcement officer shall notify the owner of the premises where the nuisance is located that conditions exist which constitute a public nuisance and that, unless the condition is abated within 15 days from the mailing of the notice, which shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, the conditions constituting a nuisance may be abated, and the cost of abatement shall constitute a lien against the premises. The town may also issue civil penalties or injunctions to penalize or remedy violations of this chapter.
