§ 92.01 ENFORCEMENT.

The Town Manager shall appoint an individual as enforcement officer for this chapter. The individual so appointed shall have the duty of full enforcement of this chapter, and any enforcement officer shall be clothed with full power and authority imposed by this chapter, and is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
