§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   All persons found guilty of violation of §§ 91.15 through 91.28 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned for not more than 30 days.
