§ 51.023 SPECIFIC POLLUTANT LIMITATIONS.

   No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of:

   (A)   0.10 mg/l arsenic;

   (B)   0.20 mg/l cadmium;

   (C)   0.50 mg/l copper;

   (D)   0.34 mg/l cyanide;

   (E)   0.10 mg/l lead;

   (F)   0.10 mg/l mercury;

   (G)   0.25 mg/l nickel;

   (H)   0.03 mg/l silver;

   (I)   0.50 mg/l total chromium;

   (J)   0.50 mg/l zinc;

   (K)   0.10 mg/l total identifiable chlorinated hydrocarbons; or

   (L)   0.20 mg/l phenolic compounds which cannot be removed by the town’s wastewater treatment processes
