§ 50.01 DUMPING ON TOWN PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall unload or dump any trash, garbage, refuse, waste or any other substance on any property owned by the town.
   (B)   This section shall not apply to regular employees of the town working under orders and directions of the Manager or Council and to persons having permits from the town.
