The Town Council is desirous of protecting the Town Clerk’s position and rights, the security of town records and the integrity of the Town Council, and now, further agree that anyone found abusing this policy, if a Council member or committee member, will be requested to resign, and if he or she refuses, the incident will be reported and handled as a misdemeanor through court action.
