§ 11.04 AMENDING.

(A) It shall be unlawful for members of the Council to annul, abridge, modify or in any way change any ordinance of the Council, except at a regular or special meeting of the Council.

(B) Any consent obtained relative to the amendment of an ordinance except in such manner shall in all cases be inoperative and void.
