§ 151.25 GENERALLY.
   (A)   No final plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of the town as established in § 151.03 shall be recorded by the Register of Deeds of the county until it has been approved by the Town Council as provided herein.
   (B)   To secure such approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall generally follow the procedure established in this section.
