§ 151.13 EFFECT OF SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS ON ERECTION OF STRUCTURES.
   (A)   From and after the time these subdivision regulations become effective, no building permit shall be issued for and no structure shall be erected on any lot unless the street giving access to the lot upon which the structure is proposed to be placed:
      (1)   Has been accepted, or opened as, or otherwise has received the legal status of, a public street prior to that time; or
      (2)   Corresponds in its locations and lines with a street shown on a subdivision plat approved by the town or on an official map adopted by the Planning Board and the Town Council, or with a street located and accepted by the Town Council.
   (B)   Any structure erected in violation of this section shall be deemed an unlawful structure, and the building official or other official designated by the Town Council may bring appropriate action to enjoin such erections or cause the building to be vacated or removed.
