§ 132.05 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The administration and enforcement of this chapter shall be vested with the Manager of the town, and his or her duly authorized Solid Waste Enforcement Officer.
   (B)   The Director of the County Health Department, and his or her representative, are hereby designated and authorized to assist the Manager, as directed by him or her, in the enforcement of this chapter.
