§ 131.04 FIRE BOMBS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      FIREBOMB. As any type of object designed or constructed so that upon being propelled it will explode or ignite its area of impact.
      MOLOTOV COCKTAIL. Any breakable container, or any container which is designed in such a manner that upon being propelled it will at impact empty its contents which is filled with an inflammable fluid of substance, and which is fitted with a fuse or wick.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to manufacture, possess, transport or use any Molotov Cocktail or other firebomb.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person or group of persons to possess all the items or materials needed to manufacture Molotov Cocktails on other firebombs, other than on his or her or their premises. The provisions of this section shall be cumulative and in addition to any other ordinance or state statute on this subject.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this section or failing or neglecting or refusing to comply with same, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $50 or imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, and each day that any of the provisions of this section are violated shall constitute a separate offense.
