§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as provided in G.S.§ 14-4 and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a maximum fine of $50 per occurrence, or imprisonment, or both.
