§ 115.18 SOLICITING BUSINESS; CRUISING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No taxicab driver or owner, or the agent, employee or servant of any such driver or owner, or any other person, shall solicit passengers by word of mouth at or in front of any store, depot or terminal, on any street corner, at any street intersection, or on any public street, square, alley or sidewalk within the corporate limits.
   (B)   Cruising is hereby prohibited within the corporate limits.
